Aux côtés du responsable Ressources Humaines, votre mission se scinde en deux parties :
en matière de développement social :
Mise en œuvre des actions décidées par le comité de pilotage « Prévention des risques psychosociaux ».
Les actions portent sur :

la communication,

les rétributions,

Les autres systèmes de reconnaissance,

Le pilotage des descriptions de poste,

Les entretiens annuels.

en matière d’administration du personnel: simplification et optimisation des processus

Profil :
De profil bac+3/+5, vous suivez une spécialisation en ressources humaines.
Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé.
